This 1 page form needs to be completed so CRC can pull a credit report to determine whether you are an approved borrower. Submit the Borrower Application Form along with the Texas Mortgage Broker/Loan Officer Disclosure Form. You will be notified within 24 hours whether you have been approved.

This 3 page form must be signed and returned with your Borrower
Application Form. The Texas Mortgage Broker License Act requires
that this form be completed at the time of application.
Loan Request Form (Click

This 1 page form needs to be completed whenever you are requesting
a loan. Fax the completed form to CRC with your Earnest Money Contract
signed by all parties. You normally will be notified within 24 hours
whether you have received preliminary loan approval.

This 1 page worksheet will give you an estimate of the amount you
need to bring to closing, or how any excess loan funds can be applied.

This 1 page form is used to request a draw inspection. Fax the completed form to CRC and your inspection will be scheduled.
Scope of Work Form (Click

This 8 page form is for you and our inspector to determine what
work will be done in rehabbing, remodeling, or updating the property
to bring it to a good, marketable condition. The form is organized
by the trades and specialty companies providing services to real
estate investors. Accordingly, you can easily obtain and compare
bids from general contractors as well as sub-contractors. We also
encourage you to complete the form to the best of your ability before
you make an offer on a property. |
