The Company Coast Realty Capital, Inc. (CRC) was the
first hard money lender in Houston when it was formed in 1995. CRC's main business
is arranging short-term, private lender loans to real estate investors. We have
originated over $75 million of private lender loans to our clients in the Houston
area. Our Clients Our clients consist of
a wide range of investors from those who are rehabbing their first house to experienced
investors who have rehabbed hundreds of houses. Most of our clients purchase
distressed properties from motivated sellers at wholesale prices, rehab, update,
and/or remodel the properties adding value to them, and then re-sell them to new
owner occupants at retail prices – making a profit in the process. Some
of our clients prefer the buy, fix and hold strategy by refinancing houses when
they are fixed-up and renting the property to tenants. They get rental income
while building up their equity as their loans are paid down and the properties
appreciate in value. The strategy of our most experienced clients is to
buy, fix-up and sell most of their properties for current income while holding
some of their properties as long-term rentals |
